The thermoplastic GRP door skins are 44mm thick and are designed to resist denting, warping, or cracking, truly a maintenance free door.
Composite doors are engineered from moulds developed from real hardwoods which reproduce the accurate grain pattern and direction of the stiles and rails. The door's core material is manufactured from high density foam, which provides outstanding levels of thermal and noise insulation. The sub frame utilises engineered timber that resists bowing, warping or distortion of the door. Thermoplastic faces are bonded to the core construction under high pressure creating a door leaf that is strong, extremely stable and has a finished colour that lasts.
